Library scan issues

Within the last week when I scan the Movies library it now takes 21 minutes to complete and the CPU is pegged at 98%.  The TV shows library completes in about 15 seconds.  When I scan the Movies library it goes from 0 to 90% complete in one second then increments 1% every 2 minutes or so until 100%. I haven't added anything new to the library today and running pretty much default settings for everything. Have been using for several months for zero issues. I have 2,123 movies on a Synology NAS. Have restarted several times and just installed the latest version this morning.

I am possibly an idiot, but I am looking at the current library scan with debugging which I started at Jan 24 @ 08:26 and ended at 08:47. I am getting this from the Emby logs area and the file is called embyserver.txt 1/24/2019 8:53am

 

Am I doing something wrong?

@@jimj, That log looks OK to me. The scan took 20 minutes. We are looking into improving it. Thanks.

The scan used to take 90 seconds, and still does scan TV series is 90 seconds.  Movies is now taking 20 minutes and pegging the CPU. Never done that before.
