Locast support/integration.

Locast is $5.50 for a month.  You're not out that much.  Since you don't care about the service anyway as is, try putting in the entries within [locast] where <latitude> and <longitude> are of a DMA that does do 720P.

• override_latitude = <latitude>
• override_longitude = <longitude>

The Emby "stats for nerds" is not working properly for the 720P stations -- they are showing as 854x480 on the Nvidia Shield.  Within a browser, Emby shows them as 1280x720 and and Mediainfo shows the actual recording as 1280x720.  So verify that the system isn't lying to you.
