Completed Home Network Syncing

Would like to have option to only sync on home network so that it doesn't kill my upload when I am away from home.

Another thing with syncing that would be nice is if it would mirror your status on the server.  So i am 15:30 into a show then i come home & watch it on another device it picks up right where I left off on the sync file.
