Server 4.0.1 unable to resume transcoded videos

Title basically says it, since the update I haven't been able to resume anything that needs to be transcoded. Direct play works fine.

I did a couple of quick tests on my setup with the beta version of the Apple TV tonight by forcing a transcode by lowering the bitrate. I didn't have any problems. This was using the most recent server beta (4.1.0.1)

 

I also did some tests of Apple TV version 1.2.14 against a 4.0.0.2 server and wasn't able to repeat the problem either.
