Emby Server 4.0 Creating Multiple Content Folders

During an ongoing migration of content to an Emby Mirror server.

Emby is creating multiple copies of folders in the library during Scans.

Unable to remove the copies of folders.

Hi, this is an issue we need to address, it happens when you go to add your library and you click OK multiple times. 

 

As a workaround in the meantime, can you try removing the Movies library, and then running two library scans and then see if it goes away? Then you can add the Movies library back.
