Remote Permissions not working

I've just noticed that when I log in as limited permissions users (that only have permission to playback media), they still are able to use the remote window to start playback for other users, despite not having that permission in settings.  Not sure how long it's been that way, as I only log in as admin myself.

which app are they logging in with?

Tested it in a bunch of configurations, it's like the "Allow this user to remote control other users" is completely ignored in my testing.  I was able to play on and control any of the other devices.

 

IE (user w/o permissions) controlled Firefox (my admin account)

IE (user w/o permissions) controlled MBC (my admin account)

WP (user w/o permissions) controlled IE (my admin account)

WP (user w/o permissions) controlled MBC (my admin account)

Still an issue for me.  Anyone else seeing this?  It surprises me it's not a bigger concern, so I'm wondering if it's just something weird on my end.

It's the same here. "Allow this user to remote control other users" does nothing.

Did some more testing. Attached log of user without remote control other user privilege stopping video played by other user in web player and mediabrowser theater.
