After upgrade to v4 Emby server keeps crashing on Windows Server 2008R2

Hi, since the system upgraded to v4, I have a problem with application. It's crashing couple times a day. After upgrade there was "database upgrade process" which I left, till the WebApp was working, I run all library scan, which was finished. But everytime server app crashes, so after restart I got the same info about upgrading the DB, but it doesn't take so long. Is the process still runing? I have like 2200 movies and 80 TV series and some music.

Today server crashed again, but the server was overloaded by running over 20 instances of ffmpeg.exe and lots of conhost.exe. I have like 5 users, but only 2-3 use it externaly with media encoding.

I attach log from emby server and log from Windows event viewer. I found lots of errors in some cache file access and cannot delete them. But specialy for this I rebuilt the server couple months ago and put all cache stuff on newly created drive, so permissions should be fine. I had these problems also before upgrading, that server after some upgrades could no longer delete some files due to permissions. How can be this solved? Put it on FAT32 with no NTFS permissions?

Thanks for any help. I'm thinking of moving this server on Linux, if it would work better. Or mabe go back to 3.5.3 version, which worked fine (with TV)

Another tiny question, as I found there is no Live TV without Emby Premiere? I have seen, that you need EP for Live TV with connected TV card, but is it the same case when using TVHeadend plugin?? No TV??

Hi there, it looks like you've configured a custom cache folder that emby server doesn't have write access to:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'E:\Emby\cache\tvdb\83161\episode-3-4.xml' is denied.

Yes, but I configured this cache folder on my 3.5 version on clean installation with clean disk, so it can manage the folders and permissions. I haven't had problems on that version and everything worked till upgrade to v4. Do I have to change the permission? Or better what permission to set on that cache folder?? It look everytime that it's working and after update something changes and it suddenly don't have permissions anymore. System is set to automatic update with automatic restart.
