4.0.0.2 Shows Missing from Emby for Kodi

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, but I'm having a problem now that my server decided to update itself to v4.0.0.2.
 

I'm now missing a ton of TV shows and keep getting a sign in prompt every reboot.  The Kodi plugin shows as being v3.0.34. 

 

Things I've tried:

 

1. Performing "Scan Media Library" on the server

2. Restarting the Emby Docker image

3. Rebooting the Kodi PC

Hi there, do they show normally in the web app?

They do.  I was searching around and it looks like 4.0.0.2 breaks the Kodi add-on.  I read that you have to install the beta repository.  I'm having issues figuring out how to do that though.
