Can't find the 'Upcoming TV' area in Emby since the last server update

Just wanted to ask the devs what the new location is to view the 'upcoming TV shows' area in Emby?

 

I'd always used a shortcut to the location "http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/tv.html?tab=3"and this displayed all of my upcoming TV shows but it no longer works

 

Is there a new location that holds this information?

 

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks

Tried to do that Luke before posting here. I couldn't access the 'Upcoming' section as nothing happened when I clicked on it as if the link was no longer valid

 

I can always try a re-install but just wanted to check that the function was still in there and should be working etc.

 

If anyone knows what the new direct web link is to the 'Upcoming' section on the latest server version I'd appreciate it if you could note it down in here.

Sorry, try doing that and then adding &tab=2 to the url.

Thanks Luke, the new server update added in the extra "parentid=" and "serverId=" lines that wern't in there before which is why my shortcut to the 'Upcoming' TV section was no longer working.

 

Just hope now that the 'parentId' and 'serverId' ID codes are fixed/static and don't change when I reboot the PC or server!!!

Luke can I please ask for you help, or indeed any other members out there that might be able to help me!

 

I rely on a desktop shortcut that i create to list the daily TV shows on the 'Upcoming TV' section of my library and since the last server update this has once again stopped working for me

 

I originally thought this had something to do with the "parentid=" and "serverId=" parameters that I had specified in my desktop shortcut having changed again due to the recent server update but those settings are still the same!

 

It would appear that adding the "&tab=2" to the end of the URL now doesn't work :*(

 

Can somebody please tell me how to now get direct access via a shortcut to the  'Upcoming TV' section???

 

My previous shortcut link that no longer works looked like this, it no longer works and just sits at a black page with the emby logo on it:

 

http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/tv/tv.html?parentId=7c6b1294b30d4c722993e4036d0425ac&serverId=05b8241ae82549dda6e23c5dcdd77356&tab=2

I just tested, taking the url from the browser address bar, then adding &tab=2, this worked for me.

I just created a bookmark with the url to TV Shows library and added &tab=2 to it and it opens to Upcoming.

your url - is old it has

 

.../tv/tv.html?....

 

but now its .../tv?....

 

just delete your old shortcut and recreate it

Having the same problem again guys since the last server update a few days back!

Can someone please tell me what the URL shortcut is that will take me straight to the 'Upcoming' TV section.

This is what used to work up until the last server update:

http://localhost:8096/web/index.html#!/tv?serverId=05b8241ae82549dda6e23c5dcdd77356&parentId=7c6b1294b30d4c722993e4036d0425ac&tab=2

I tried changing the "tab=" number at the end of the URL but it makes no difference what number you enter as it always defers to the TV library section.

Hi, change it from numeric to name, so &tab=upcoming. this should be more permanent now given the explicit name rather than the number.
