Slow start of server 4.0.0.2

After update of the server to version 4.002 it seems that the embyserver needs 60 sec until i see in my win 10 htpc that the welcome emby pops up so i watch a movie. I wake from my htpc in the livingroom with wol the server in the basement. After the server is online ( i see this poppin up in kodi on my livingroom htpc) it takes about 60 sec before emby pops up and does the sync and can be used. Before this was straith after the server pc was online the emby welcome was also there right away.

Hi, yes this is something we need to improve. It's due to all of the hardware detection that is now running on server startup. we will be looking at improving this. Thanks.

Any news,? with server 4.0.1.0 its stiil the same, takes about 50/55 sec after the windows 10 pc has wake up that the emby welcome pops up on my htpc.
