The server is unable to launch it's embedded ffmpeg build. Do you have any security software on the machine? Something is probably blocking it from running. Can you also try rebooting your machine? Thanks.

I rebooted the machine before I posted the problem, and yes I have security software on the machine,  F secure  comes from Spectrum cable provider.

I have Windows 7 pro 64,  Windows did install an update the other day also.

Is there a way to check logging from F Secure and see what it's doing? Can you also check Windows Event viewer for any errors related to this? Thanks.
