Ametz 9 Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 (edited) Sometimes i have a reaaly hard time to identify with imdb. But this time i can't identify with anyone on a mixed content. I want to identify with this instead:https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0235912/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt But it identifies with this instead: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1309085/ And it should identify with this:https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/55645-bamse-the-world-strongest-bear?language=en-US But finds only this: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/82011-bamse?language=en-US So when i try to fix it by running identify i get zero results, i have tested: * imdb id * imdb id + name * imdb id + name + date * themoviedb * themoviedb + name * themoviedb + name + date And a mix of both above like: * themoviedb + name + date + imdb id + name etc No results at all. Happy2Play 9782 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Actually to me it looks like you many have a mis-match provider info. What external ids show in the metadata? Edit metadata
Ametz 9 Posted January 19, 2019 Author Posted January 19, 2019 It automaticly changes TheTVDB Id to the wrong one all the time. imdb and themoviedb stays correct now it seems I have even created the right serie on that site now:https://www.thetvdb.com/series/bamse-varldens-starkaste-bjorn And added the season 2 to both imdb and themoviedb, in the hope it will work better... To further try to make it right... I have also tried to remove it out of the library and added it again.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 (edited) Sounds like you need to ensure all the correct ids are there then "Lock" the metadata preventing future changes. This is assuming you keep metadata with media. If you don't anytime there are major changes in the database and things need to be refreched everything is lost. Edited January 19, 2019 by Happy2Play
Ametz 9 Posted January 19, 2019 Author Posted January 19, 2019 Indeed, i will fix everything manual on this one, then lock it...
Luke 42080 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 @@Happy2Play you're saying mixed content only, are you saying it's not honoring the per library settings of enabled metadata providers?
Happy2Play 9782 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 @@Happy2Play you're saying mixed content only, are you saying it's not honoring the per library settings of enabled metadata providers? Actually after rechecking I didn't have OMDB enabled on Mixed content so no results were returned compared to the other library.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 So then it's expected behavior, right? I would say so. But unsure why all the tests above returned no results for Ametz.
Luke 42080 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 @@Ametz can you please attach the server log from the identify attempt? thanks.
