PBzeer 6 Posted January 18, 2019 Author Posted January 18, 2019 (edited) Movies are the only thing I use sort titles on. Not sure on how the metadata is cached. Older content I had .xml files in the movie folder. Newer content had .xml and NFO in folder. And newest (.xml) shows nothing in the folder but the movie and artwork. PBzeer 6 Posted January 18, 2019 Author Posted January 18, 2019 After doing some more looking I find many titles have been changed from the title of the folder (the movie title) to the movie file name or some have been changed to duplicate titles (1st and 4th Fast and Furious changed to Furious 7). As near as I can tell, when it scanned my libraries after the update, it replaced all the metadata. For instance, I have some homemade videos that I created the metadata for (which was locked) and it changed some of them to the actual movie metadata of the title I used. And my Music Video library is just one big mess now. I tried replacing some of the affected folders with my backups. Some corrected the problem, some didn't. Basically, I now have to go through and manually edit all my libraries.
