User see's "get premier" banner when THEY can't access mb3admin.com

So now when a user can't access mb3admin.com the interface now INSTANTLY shows them the "get premier" banner after login. This is with the server being able to access the mb3admin.com

 

Simple test to recreate the issue.

 

• Via DNS or hosts file (for your client only) make md3admin.com point to any IP (127.1.1.1)
• Open an incognito window in chrome
• Login
• Banner is displayed
• Goto Settings, on "Emby Premiere" page click Save under "Emby Premiere Key".
• You be thanked.
• Premier banner stays even after a reboot.

Hi.  The apps need to be able to validate in order to enforce the device limit and ensure proper validation.  They only need to be able to do this once in a while.
