crxo 4 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 (edited) Hi, after updating to the newest server version, libary scans take forever. When triggering a libary scan, the progress goes to 95% in some seconds and then it hangs for about 5 minutes for every movie that was added since the last scan. The CPU utilisation from emby though the complete scanning process is about 30%, but its looking like emby doing nothing. I've attached the server logfile, and it seems to be that subtitle downloading takes extremly long. log.txt Edited January 17, 2019 by crxo
Carlo 4561 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 This is normal after the upgrade. It's pulling down meta-data, cover art and the like. It will go back to normal once it completes EVERYTHING it needs to do.

But it wasnt the first scan. The first scan was done yesterday and took about 5 hours. This subsequent scan was today, and it took much longer than it normaly would.
