But after the installation emby is no longer available on my custom port but on the default 8096 instead and greets me with the new installation wizard. I can downgrade with a old .deb again and everything is back working. How do I go about updating to the newest version without loosing all my configuration? I am on a debian machine btw. ~Cheers I fixed it now by editing the config file in /etc/emby-server.conf. There was no value for EMBY_DATA I added the default value for like so EMBY_DATA=/var/lib/emby. Now it's working. Dont know what happened there tbh. ~Cheers
