Robp2175 1 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I restarted my Emby server and now I have lost the user information such as which shows I have watched, etc. All TV shows, movies, everything shows that they have not been watched. Again, all I did was restart Emby Server. Any suggestions?
ebr 16195 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Hi. Did you just upgrade? Is a library scan running?
Robp2175 1 Posted January 17, 2019 Author Posted January 17, 2019 Unless it had automatically updated; NO, I did not. Server was just running a slow slow so I restarted it and then this happened. It has been like this for three days, so if a scan was running, it must have been completed by now.
ebr 16195 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Hi. Your dashboard will tell you the version of the server, if a scan is running and also have a notification if it updated.
Luke 42086 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Hi @@Robp2175, are you still having an issue? Can you try running a library scan and see if that helps? Thanks !
Robp2175 1 Posted March 2, 2019 Author Posted March 2, 2019 My apologies for not getting back to you. Busy life. A Library scan does not solve the issue and furthermore, everytime I restart the server, I lose all of my user statistics (watched shows, progress of a show I was watching, etc) I am on Version 4.0.0.2

Luke 42086 Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 @@Robp2175, we're sorry to hear about your issue. Yes please attach an emby server log. You can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks !
