notla49285 48 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I would say this is not normal, though I'm in the UK so we have different channels. My scan usually takes about 2-3 mins, could the connection to your NAS be holding it up? Or if the directory you're holding the xml file in is set to automatically sync with a cloud service, maybe that service is also using the file at the same time the moment it discovers it's changed and keeps interrupting as Emby is updating it?
