4.0.0.2 Emby + Kodi issue

I use Emby for Kodi addon, as many do, and as of this update when you load Kodi it asks for the Emby username/password every single time you load Kodi (a big signin box appears in the top left hand corner).

Why can't it remember it? What's going on? All the other Emby versions worked properly.

also fyi the password box was in the top left hand corner, but username was showing up in the middle of the screen far away from the box. And when you typed the password it appeared far away from the box.  Bit odd.
