After update: boxsets no longer appearing in 'movies' view.

I've updated emby server and emby for WMC, the box sets no longer appear in the movies section, instead they are individually present, for example my 20+ 007 movies are scattered all over when sorting by name. My 'collections' section is perfectly fine however and seems to be unchanged. How can I get the boxsets to reappear under 'movies' again ? Thx.

Hi, the app will require an update to resolve this, and it should be released soon. I believe the beta version has the fix already, but @@ebr can confirm. Thanks.

Are you certain this is fixed in the latest beta? I'm running server v4.0.0.2/emc v3.0.316b & I'm not seeing movies grouped into collections. Fairly certain I've found the relevant config options.

No. Very standard & has worked for years.

Just like Doozah I am on latest WMC and Emby Server software and boxsets will not appear for me under movies. My folder structure is also pretty simple, not legacy browsing style.

In EMC, I enter Movies & only see a flat, coverflow display of all movies (1st image, post #7).

Now, when I enter Movies I have a series of folders to choose from & within the Movies folder, collections appear.

It is a bug but you can also use those views until it gets fixed.

Thanks for the report and hopefully you can help. What are your settings in EMC? What theme are you using for EMC? Are these collections that you created in the Dashboard of the server? What is your library Content set as?

 

Trying to sort my library to get several movies that belong to one set to display alphabetical in line with all the other single movies displayed. Like Mission Impossible 1 - 5 with all the other movies starting with M, Like Mr. Mom
