Server updated to 4.0.2 automatically today and now most of my playlists are gone

As the title says, after updating a lot of my playlists are gone. they just don't show up in the UI. I tried restarting Emby Server but it didn't make a difference. Is there a way to roll back or recover it?

I've attached the logs. I put all of the log files that started with emby-server into 1 file and replaced my public and private ip address for my own sanity.

Have you completed a full library scan?  Mine took ages after the update, like 3 hours to complete.

Yes I did.

I just checked. I dunno how/why but everything is back to normal and I can see all of the playlists now
