FR: MBT - Hardware Accelleration for Nvidia

Exactly as the title requests. I cannot offload the video processing using Nvidia's CUVID (which is available in LAV filters) as the option in MBT just isn't there and it overrides the default LAV configurator settings.

As a side note, if this is not easily done. Could an option be added to leave the external setting alone like External/Auto/... even just for now so that the hardware acceleration isn't being bypassed?
