After upgrade to 4.0 - Downloads/Syncs no longer listed/synced in server

I have downloaded some music/videos to my iOS apps on my iPhone and iPad.  I installed 4.0 (deleted old library.db first).  Files still on iPhone, but they are no longer listed/controlled in the server dashboard "Sync Jobs" on the Download & Sync tab.  Not a big deal, but thought I'd bring it up.

if you delete your library db then this is normal. It's something we should improve in the future so that the app will display whatever is stored on the device and not be dependent on data from the server.
