kingy444 117 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 Since updating to v4 today my Auto Organise does not seem to be working - i am getting a "No provider metadata found" error - which makes sense given that the calls to https://private.omdbapi.com/ are returning {"Response":"False","Error":"Series or episode not found!"} I have all metadata providers turned on (and omdb inst even my top preference) Has Auto Organise been updated to meet v4 and accommodate for these providers now being a 'plugin'? log.txt
Luke 42080 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 Try making sure tvdb is your highest priority fetcher for your tv library. Also try removing the anime plugin. thanks.
kingy444 117 Posted January 16, 2019 Author Posted January 16, 2019 Thanks Luke I didn’t need to change order I have the moviedb first for season + series but thetvdb first for episode metadata I uninstalled the plugin and rebooted and auto organise did its thing Should I leave the anime plugin uninstalled until there is an update? I can understand it bombing out of the plugin was incompatible but thetvdb was always a higher priority
Luke 42080 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 I asked you to uninstall it simply because I am not familar enough with it to troubleshoot it. Therefore it's best to remove it from the equation altogether. I think you're going to need to make tvdb highest priority for series in order for this to work.
