This Memory 2 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 The only Media Library that is not empty is the one linked to my entire external hard drive which houses all my other Media Libraries that now appear empty. All my files are showing up in the parent Library... they're just not showing up in these child Libraries. Any thoughts?
ebr 16199 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 Hi. We're going to have to look at specifics but please be sure a library scan has successfully completed with the new version. Thanks. How to Report a Problem
This Memory 2 Posted January 16, 2019 Author Posted January 16, 2019 Oh, sorry about that. Inside my log I obscured my public IP address with Notepad++ but I'm not sure how to find my external service login information to obscure it. What keyword should I be looking for?

You can also send it to Luke/ebr via PM if that makes it easier
Luke 42086 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I think we have identified the issue as being related to using the same folder across multiple libraries. Is this correct? We used to support this and I do believe that we should, but it's something that has gradually gotten lost in the shuffle over the last few releases, and at this point we're going to have to take a fresh look at it. It's definitely something we can do, but we're not going to be able to turn it around quickly. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
clollar 9 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I missing multiple albums form multiple artists since updating. I have ran 2 library scans with no luck. Is this related? Sorry, I don't understand your recent answer Luke,
Epricesc 0 Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 I missing multiple albums form multiple artists since updating. I have ran 2 library scans with no luck. Is this related? Sorry, I don't understand your recent answer Luke, I'm having an issue like this also, about 15 of my albums are missing parts of my metadata and defaulted to another artist. I've been trying to rescan but nothing seems to work
clollar 9 Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 Just discovered, for whatever reason, the artists (in my case two so far) that are missing albums have every single song under one album. I'll post a couple screen shots and a log. Server log I guess?
clollar 9 Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 Furthermore It seems that the artists/folders that have the issue have single songs inside them. Meaning Under Metallica I have like 10 albums that each have there own folder, then I have a couple random tracks under the "Metallica" folder that either I don't know the album name or it's the only song I have off that album.
Luke 42086 Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 What does your music folder structure look like?
