portfrorwarding hdsdi cameras on android phone

i have installed hdsdi cameras and iv managed to portforward them on http port as i can see them on my laptop over an external ip, now i have aproblem coz i cant access the cameras on my phone , android, tab, pad iphone, idont know what an not doing right HELP

Yea but a lot of us have cameras. we like to talk media, or anything related to our media experiences. nothing wrong with this in general.
