Luke 42085 Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 Hi, you can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Please include the log files that were modified at the time the problem occurred. Thanks

Are you saying your local address is changing?
Rickhoyle1700 0 Posted January 12, 2019 Author Posted January 12, 2019 Yes, the last part of the numbers on my LAN address seems to be different each time i log back into Emby. Apologies for being a bit dumb but i dont really understand LAN address's but im guessing this should be the same every time and the fact it keeps changing is this what is interrupting my connection to the server?
Luke 42085 Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 This shouldn't really cause a server crash, but it could cause some connection problems if your LAN ip address is changing frequently. is it possible to configure a static IP in your router that will never change?
Happy2Play 9784 Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 To elaborate more here Emby is not crashing correct? Are you having to relaunch the server? It is just the client loosing connection?
