The movie cover does not appear, help

In my Emby, the covers of the movie is not showing up.
To do a test, I installed Emby in a virtual machine, and over there the covers appeared. As I thought it was a problem in Windows, I reinstalled the operating system, and when I finished installing, I upgraded it.
When I reinstalled Emby, the covers did not show up again, so I think it's a problem in the Windows update, which must be coming up against something from Emby.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Do you know what that can be?

A library has been scanned, until some metadata of the film appears, as the logo, the synopsis, etc .... only does not appear the cover of the film, and the photo of the actors, that is just below.

So I think it's something with Windows, something that is conflicting after the update, because when I installed windows on the virtual machine, it worked normal for Emby.
