F1nchy 29 Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 HI guysI've had a search and am still not 100% sure so thought it best to clarify. I have a dozen or so kids DVDs that have a lot of short nursery rhymes and other hideous stuff like that on it that I've ripped to ISO through my laptop as I don't actually have a DVD player under the TV. I know the ideal thing with discs is to convert to mkv or mp4, but with these sort of things that have ten to fifteen short videos on each and a menu page they're much easier to play back if they can be left in the ISO or TS format/file structure, but can Emby play either of these back? I think Kodi can so as a last resort I can add those into Kodi for her, but I'd rather keep her away from Kodi! Thanks
ebr 16195 Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 The short answer is probably "no". Sorry...
Luke 42085 Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 Right, we currently do try to play these, be we only consider it experimental. For best results I would suggest converting to mkv.
