wimotek 0 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 im running a emby server in a docker. the transcoding-temp made my disk full. i have 8G RAM. so i prefer set the directory to /tmp of host. how can i do it ? /tmp with no proper permissions.
Luke 42077 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 You just need to make sure that Emby has write access to the folder, then configure it in server Transcoding settings. Thanks.

Thanks. i see . what is the easy way to do that? if i make a dir with proper permissions under /tmp , it will be gone after a boot
wimotek 0 Posted January 3, 2019 Author Posted January 3, 2019 Hmm, why put it under /tmp? for quick access . but emby make it full too. so only way is to set it to a large hd for me now.
Luke 42077 Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 You could also just use the default and then we can look into why it's filling up.

Luke 42077 Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Ah yes I see. This is all for a single video?
