delete media

can we disalbe option of delete media from option becouse when i upload if if my user del movies its not good for me so tel me is this possible to disalbe option

Currently this is a per-user setting.  Settings - Users - select a user - Profile, scroll down to the section Allow media deletion from and uncheck them all.
