Trailers and Cinema Mode Plugins not loading fast enough

Good evening,

 

my emby instance running on docker (ubuntu server 18.04) in the latest version 3.5.3.0 is having trouble playing trailers either from the trailer channel or in cinema mode.

 

it displays the trailers in the channel just fine and also schedules them before movies but it only loads about 10 seconds of them and then stops playing, taking a long time to load more.

 

my connection from the server to the internet is good enough so i am wondering what the structure behind the plugins is.

 

is it a problem of the source, is it a problem of the route the packets are taking and some provider isnt paying enough protection money? where can i start looking into this because i really love the cinema vibe.
