Unable to restrict users

I don't have the option to restrict users from changing their profile. It doesn't show me that option in profile settings.

I mean They won't be able to change their profile settings.

You mean like their name and password and preferences? I think it’s intended to allow people to change that.

This UI setting was removed a long time ago.  But you can still set this via the user policy.xml.  "\Emby-Server\programdata\config\users\userid folder" 

 

Note this does not apply to admin accounts.

Shutdown server, change the per user setting from "true" to "false", start server.

What do you mean?  There is a option in the UI in stable and beta now per user.  It only applies to Profile though.
