Just made the switch to emby from Plex. Live Tv guide was free and pretty much plug&play with plex with hdhomerun quadro.

 

installed emby Version 3.5.3.0 and could get a guide without http://www.schedulesdirect.org/ trial. Even then, guide isn't complete.

 

There's got to be a better way ?

It's in beta at the moment (which you are free to try if you'd like, just remember, it's a beta version of emby).

Where in server manager do I find this option ?

In the admin dashboard, go to the Live TV option, click the plus sign. Follow the prompts from there.

Hi.  Did you install the beta of 3.6?  Emby guide data is a new feature in that upcoming version.

Thanks Admin. Problem Solved ! fully fonctionnal guide. 

How is it possible after upgrading to 3.6 that when I access http://192.168.0.x:8096/web/index.html#!/dashboard.htmlfrom another lan device, version is still is 3.5.x ?

Thank you Luke. Problem was I was running Emby from freenas and windows at the same time. Everything works fine, great app !
