Goros 1 Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Latest version/update. Symptom - old media that had the metadata folder moved/deleted won't load actor/people images on fetch. This includes refresh/replace media specific to the library, the movie or tv series as a whole, and going to the actors picture to force a manual refresh one at a time, including "replace" checked off. No data ever fetches. When going into the libraries (all of them), the metadata fetchers are checked (at least 2 per library) and when you go into fetcher settings, there is no box for "people". Looking for a fix.
Luke 42093 Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Hi, try refreshing metadata on the media containing those people. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !

Luke 42093 Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Can you please attach the emby server log and discuss the example? thanks.
Goros 1 Posted December 29, 2018 Author Posted December 29, 2018 Sorry for the delay. This is the log from today, when I ran a few types of metadata fetches. Nothing changed 1) for entire genre/library - "TV SHOWS" - search for missing metadata 2) for single TV Show - 24 - search for missing metadata 3) for single actor with a blank picture - kiefer sutherland - search for missing metadata / replace existing images 4) for entire genre/library - "Movies" - search for missing metadata 5) for a single movie - avengers - search for missing metadata 6) for multiple single actors without pictures - replace all metadata/replace existing images Picture attached of the "after". No pictures. embyserver.txt
Luke 42093 Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 There are a number of improvements related to this with the upcoming 3.6 release. I would suggest re-evaluating with that once available. Thanks.
