No Images Displayed for TV or Movies

Running Emby 3.5.3.0 on Manjaro kernel 4.19.8 using the AUR installer located here: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/any/emby-server/

 

I've been running this for about 6 months now with no issue really. About a week ago, I updated Manjaro, rebooted and then noticed none of the images were working on my server. All of my media plays fine and displays metadata, just no images of any kind.

 

I did a full metadata update using the metadata manager, replace all files, didn't work. I deleted my movies and tv libraries and rescanned them, didn't work. I uninstalled emby-server and reinstalled it, still no images are showing. I'm not sure what is causing the issue. File permissions look fine to me, I never changed them over the ~6 months. I tried downloaded metadata to custom folder and to the media folders themselves. The images downloaded fine and are located in both directories but don't display in the Emby library.

 

The one way I got images to work (partially) is by manually adding them, one by one, from the media directories where Emby downloaded them. This displays the images but when Emby does the next library update, they go blank again.

 

I don't want to use Plex but I downloaded it just to test and images are displaying fine but I don't like their service so I'd love to get Emby fixed ASAP.

I've solved the issue. It seems it was a different directory other than the media directory so it didn't have permissions. My mistake.
