Mouse and keyboard no longer working

Was watching tv on Android box perfectly well on the 22nd, but turned it on this morning and the mouse /keyboard combi device no longer work.

The mouse disappears and re'appears willy nilly making it impossible to select anything.

I've power cycled everything and the mouse /keyboard controls Amazon and BBC Iplayer etc on the Android box perfectly well.

I've also uninstalled the emby app but to no avail.

 

The app now is pretty much unusable
 

The Android update to 3.8.34: appears to have updated yesterday and this is what appears to have caused it.

 

Desperate to get this fixed especially with family over for Christmas!

Is there any way to download an apk of the previous version? as this update has made all three Andoid TV boxes unusable for Emby

I absolutely cannot get my mouse to land on any icon, it just dissapears.

If it helps:

 

The mouse pointer works correctly whilst any loading screen with a circle is displayed, but as soon as I'm on the main front loading screen or in any of the sub menus it dissapears.

I can also see it just around the edges of the screen.

 

I can't believe I'm the only person that this has affected.

Sounds like you are talking about the mobile app, not the TV one, correct?
