NPVR no images

Seems like recently, there's no (or very little) artwork getting through to Emby from NPVR via the plugin. Particularly today, after updating to Windows 1809, there's nothing, though it might have been getting less for the last few server betas before that. Sorry to be so vague...

 

 

Admittedly a lot of that stuff is obscure NZ programs that don't have artwork anyway, but it seems to apply to pretty much everything...

 

 

If anyone wants logs maybe you could suggest what action to take while logging ? Thanks

 

EDIT: there does seem to be artwork available when looking in the NextPVR app.

Actually, I think its OK now. Just restarted the server and went to update the guide to see if it would help and it did. All Seems OK. Guess it just needed a refresh after the Windows 1809 update.

I don't think it's related to the windows update, but rather related to the fact that you need to remember to refresh the guide in emby shortly after it refreshes in next pvr. during that time in between it looks like there could be some problems.

NPVR updates daily at 21.40 and Emby daily at 22.00, so I was thinking maybe the update, which was at maybe 23.00, might have reset something. But probably just coincidence.

Here how I fix it by go into Scheduled Tasks and Refresh Guide

Add 4 new task for every 6 hours

Mine are set to 6:00 AM, 12:00 AM, 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM and that should take case of it and remove the 24:00 hour one

Thanks, but I doubt if I'll need more that one update a day, and even then using NPVR I think they only allow for one per day, so there wouldn't I presume be much point in more than one per day in Emby only. Plus I already removed (or moved) the 24:00 hour one to a bit earlier.

I have NPVR plug-in install as well and I have had no problem with it that way.

This solution helped me. Had the images in the NPVR folder but they weren't being displayed in LiveTV.
