sync folder very large

My sync folder on my server was very large.  It looks like one of my users set up my entire movies collect to sync with his phone.  

 

I was able to delete the contents of the folder by removing the sync job on the admin screen.

 

While I understand this is useful when you want to sync a few movies and shows to a phone, but this will allow a user to sync my entire library to the phone, which is not necessary.  This also takes up a lot of unnecessary space on my server.

 

On the web client, the sync job for the movies library seems to still be there.  How do I remove that?

 

How do I allow the user to sync an individual movie, but not allow them to to sync the entire library?

 

How do I turn of the sync function on the server level?  I can see where to not allow users to set up the sync, but I would like to turn this off for the server, if I want.

If you go to the admin section of the server, on download/sync you should be able to delete any sync jobs that have been setup/requested.

 

As for limitation of an individual move vs. entire library, there is no option for that.

 

As for turning off sync function on the server level, I don't believe this is an option currently on a server wide basis.
