Auto Boxsets Exclude Folders

I have my blu-ray and 3D movies in seperate libraries (& folders) To keep the library a little seperated (& you don’t always want a 3D or super quality movie)

 

My issue is the auto boxsets plugin will add these 3D and HD movies to collections causing multiple copies of the same movie in a collection.

 

Could we have a folder based filter added, similar to how you can do folder based treatments to coverart? This would allow me to exclude HD and 3D movies from boxsets but all my SD quality would still be included
