backdrops folder Q

The backdrops folder suggests it is plural i.e. can I put multiple theme file in the backdrops folder. If I have multiple backdrops what does Emby do?

 

1) pick one theme at random?

2) Play all the themes in sequence?

 

Or does Emby only use one theme in the backdrops folder? If the latter how does it pick the theme if I put multiple themes in the backdrops folder?

Sorry to necro this, but I've been playing around with multiple backdrops lately (like for shows with multiple disks/seasons/that sort of thing), and while it does play them in order, any files after the first one play fullscreen instead of in the background. I'm continuing to dump files into the backdrops folder in the hope that someday it'll work differently, but I just wanted to highlight this if you weren't aware.

What does "fullscreen instead of the background" mean?
