Movie identity not working anymore?

hello,my Emby server is build in the  docker  on  Synology  DSM 5.2  ,it work  fine two days ago.

bu now the Movie identity feacture was no longer working anymore,I manually identified does not worked either.when i click "identity" no response .it seems not start the searching progress

All outgoing communications are failing, to both MovieDb, Omdb, and others. Did you change your network setup at all, anything that might have caused this?

thanks for your remind,i did  change my network,  mybe the "vpn setting" cause this issue

Yea a vpn could definitely cause this !
