WMV VC-1 are being output at 426x238 resolution

So i was trying to watch .wmv files through emby and i was getting terrible quality. Do i have to encode all the files from VC-1 codec to H.264 or can emby stream them at the original quality ?

 

Input was 1080p and emby is doing output of 238p

thanks for fast response. Is there something i can do about "valid input bitrate" and where do i upload sample video ?

 

EDIT: Ahh, i see that mediainfo shows Overall bit rate :12.2 Mb/s and Video Bit rate :1 b/s so something weird going on with the files, not emby. I guess i'll encode them to more up to date codec or download other rip. Thanks for help.

I just meant that ffprobe did not determine the video bitrate, so that's why I asked for a sample so that I could test it personally. Thanks.
