Media is playing out of sync

After some tinkering around and the help from Luke I managed to get my tablet working but everything is out of sync, not by any great deal but still on all other devices it plays perfectly in sync,, is there something im missing or an option to adjust this?

I play any file and it's out of sync, I don't know what you mean by example as that's the issue, all my other devices play without issue and in sync.
It's only when I play a file on the tablet that I see this sync issue, could it be an option or setting that I missed?
