I haven't changed anything in MBS, but I can PlayTo my Sonos PlayBar and Samsung Smart TV OK.

 

This was using the NuVue app for Media Browser.

 

Can also PlayTo my Sonos 5 from MBS.

These are the two profiles I created based on the one on post 87 for my Sonos Play:5 and CONNECT. They seem both to be working ok (although I did not tested them thoroughly).
