Scheduled task priorty, lower priority for background task.

Something I was wondering and I don't know if this would have to be done at the plug-in level or where specifically

 

But scheduled tasks such as thumbnail generation, chapter image extraction and things of that nature should have the option to run at a low priority. That way users streaming video and needing transcoding take priority. It seems currently ffmpeg runs at normal priority during these task, and while I have a way to force ffmpeg to always run a low priority that would of course also affect transcoding, so there should be a way either system-wide or maybe in the options for the plugins to start ffmpeg and any other tools or whatever the case may be at a lower priority.

 

Note I run emby server on Windows, I have no idea how process priorty works with other OSes.
