m3u file update - how often

I am using a URL for my m3u file. Is there a scheduled task or schedule that emby uses to pull the new file and update the channel list? I need to know how to set when the update happens because i have to manipulate my m3u file manually after every update.

Hi, yes it is in the refresh guide scheduled task, which by default is every 24 hours. Thanks.

I was asking this myself, too. Needed a while to figure it out. I think the phrase ‚refresh guide‘ will make most people think that only the epg data is being refreshed, not the channel data itself
