Removing files but leave them on Library

Hi there.. I'm facing some diskspace problems on my server. I need to remove some files (already seen series and movies) to another disk but i want to keep the entry on my library.

 

Is it possible? How can i?

Do i need to create the .disc file before? Or it doesn't matter?
