Tolerant 74 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 My metadata has trailers listed for movies and it would be great if there was a way to see those trailers associated with the movie and be able to 'stream' them without having to physically store the trailers locally. Perhaps in MB3 Server WebUI, a small icon on the mouseover or a 'tweak' to the trailers addon to allow for scraping existing metadata for those URL's. Currently seeing two tags for trailers in my metadata, both with the same trailer URL. Note: I do use MCM currently. <TrailerURL> and <Trailer> However, I find no way to actually view those trailers either using MB3 Server WebUI or MB3 Classic for WMC. Am I missing something like a theme or an option I don't have enabled? I tried the trailers plugin but was told that was for upcoming trailers or locally stored trailers only. 1
ebr 16180 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 The web client shows these if they are from YouTube. At least it used to - I don't think it was removed.

Ok, I see that if I go into a movie's details, there IS a Trailer button showing up (maybe I had checked some without links earlier..) so that is great! Is there any future plans to populate the "Trailers" header in the web UI with those trailers? ie. cover for them etc. Currently showing 0-0 trailers in that page and not using the Trailers plugin since it would only show upcoming or local trailers.
