emby capabilities and installation questions

I run ubuntu server 16.04 LTS that has a LAMP configuration and am considering installing Emby on it as a music server only (no plans for video at this point). I dont want to have a self contained app that effectively wipes my current ubuntu config and capabilities.
My general questions are:

1. Dose Emby have web interface so that I can use tablets, phones, PCs etc to configure and play playlists and random selections, as well as totally control the jukebox?
2.Is the output of Emby configurable to the Audio (Speaker) out on the server box. (an alternative, but secondary config, is to play through a BT port) ?
3. How configurable is streaming?  can I set addresses to stream to? select content per address or device to stream to? 

4.I run Apache on the server and have a couple of virtual sites running.  Will the installation of Emby affect the operation of any of those?

Yes !

At this time, most apps do not have this type of control and will use system default audio output.

 

 

 

3. How configurable is streaming?  can I set addresses to stream to? select content per address or device to stream to? 

You can remote control to apps, yes, but generally you start the stream from an app itself.

No it will not.
